DIE GEISSENS REAL ESTATE × BUSINESS SETUP
Your company in Dubai. From your first idea to your IFZA licence — personally supported by our team.
01 / A PLACE FOR YOUR PLANS
Perhaps you are ready to grow internationally. Perhaps something entirely new is taking shape. IFZA in Dubai Silicon Oasis makes room for both. We help turn your business idea into a suitable company structure.

100% foreign ownership. Your IFZA company does not require a local shareholder.
A Dubai base for permitted services, trading activities and the expansion of established businesses.
Activities, visas and workspace planned around your business. Incorporation can generally be completed remotely.
A new location starts with a good decision.
02 / YOUR BUSINESS SETS THE DIRECTION
We start with your business model: your services, your customers and the markets you want to reach.

Professional License
For consultancy, digital services and other permitted professional activities. Together we define your services and select the licence activities that fit.
Discuss my plans
Commercial License
For trading in permitted goods. We discuss product categories, sales channels, imports and exports to identify the appropriate licence activities.
Discuss my plans
Branch
Already running a company and considering a Dubai branch? We align the structure and supporting documents with your existing business.
Discuss my plansActivities and combinations require approval. Regulated activities and business in the UAE mainland may need additional permissions, which we review in advance.
03 / FROM IDEA TO LICENCE
Focus on your business. We bring structure to the steps ahead.
Discuss your businessYour business model, shareholders, markets and visa requirements: together we establish what you have in mind.
A tailored scope covering your licence, workspace, agreed additional services and separately stated renewal costs.
We help assemble identity documents, ownership information and the required company records.
Documents are submitted. We coordinate the necessary checks and any questions from the authorities with you.
The required company documents, including the memorandum and articles of association, are signed electronically.
Once approved, you receive your licence and incorporation documents. We plan the next steps together.
Timing depends on complete documentation and authority checks. Visas and bank accounts have their own requirements and schedules.
04 / BEYOND INCORPORATION
We plan your visa requirements and next steps. Medical testing and biometrics require appointments in person in the UAE.
We help you prepare. The bank reviews your company, its owners and its business model and makes its own account-opening decision.
A flexible desk or your own office: we align your workspace with your activity and selected package.
Licence renewals, bookkeeping and tax registration belong in your plan from day one. Specialist questions should be reviewed with qualified advisers.

GOOD TO KNOW
Company formation can generally be completed remotely. Residence procedures require appointments such as medical testing and Emirates ID biometrics. Banks may also request a personal meeting. We plan these steps separately.
It depends on the licence, activities, shareholders, visas and additional services. Your personal proposal sets out the agreed items and annual renewal separately, so you can compare the actual scope.
The schedule depends on complete documents, your activity and authority checks. After our first discussion, we can assess your process more closely. Visas and account opening follow their own timelines.
Generally passport copies, digital passport photographs and information on shareholders and ultimate beneficial owners (UBO). UAE residents also provide their Emirates ID and visa. Corporate shareholders need additional registry and company documents.
Depending on eligibility, several activities may be combined under one licence. We review your specific selection and any additional approvals before the application.
No. Qualifying Free Zone Person status and 0% Corporate Tax on qualifying income are subject to conditions. Free zone companies also have registration and other compliance obligations. Ask a qualified tax adviser to review your circumstances.
Market access depends on your activity and the applicable permissions. A free zone licence does not automatically permit every mainland activity. We clarify your intended scope before incorporation.
The authorities decide on visas, and each bank decides on account opening after its own review. We support preparation and coordination. A company or visa alone does not determine your personal tax residence.
