Your enquiry

For consultation or brochure requests, we store your name, email, telephone, language and any information you provide about your plans. We use this to handle and respond to your request, on the basis of consent and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). This does not subscribe you to marketing or newsletters.

Brochure delivery

You receive a signed download link by email, valid for seven days and tied to the PDF language you explicitly select. The link contains no contact details. Your request is stored in a protected database and contact list outside the public web directory. Our team receives an email notification.

Technical operation

Our hosting system processes necessary connection data such as IP address, URL, time and browser details. To limit abuse, cryptographically derived IP and email identifiers are processed temporarily; the related rate-limit records are cleared after 24 hours. This supports secure operation on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Fonts, language and external links

Fonts and images are served locally. This website loads no analytics, advertising or social media trackers. Your language choice is saved locally in your browser only after you select a language. You choose whether to open external services such as WhatsApp or official sources; their own privacy notices then apply.

Recipients and international processing

Your data is processed by our team in Dubai and the technical providers needed for hosting and email. An enquiry to us involves transmitting your details to the United Arab Emirates. Further disclosure takes place only where required for the requested service, legally required or agreed with you.

Retention and your rights

We retain data only for as long as necessary to handle the request and meet legal retention duties. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing. You may withdraw consent for future processing at any time by contacting ifza@geissens.com. Your right to complain to a competent data protection authority remains unaffected.
